Zen Essence Yoga Testimonial

I have been doing 2 classes a week with Andreia for 7 weeks now & can say that I have felt an immediate positive change in my skeletal structure & how I sit, walk & engage my core on a daily basis.

I have always had a very physical lifestyle from a child. Always running around, jumping, & climbing! As I got older, in my recreational time, I actively competed in sports such as combat, weight training& football.
I say that to say this;




I know that my body is slightly mis-aligned due to years of wear & year & old injurie. Over the years I have been doing my own exercises & other types of yoga to aid my healing, so I am very aware of my body & what works & what doesn’t.
From engaging with Andreia’s classes, I can say that when I don’t do the exercises at least 1/2 times a week as we have been doing, I feel as if I am losing strength & flexibility that I have been gaining from Zen Yoga Essence. I have also been able to push my body & gain new levels of flexibility & confidence in many areas of my body that have been giving me issues over the past few years.

I will definitely continue to engage with Andreia & in Zen Yoga Essence as part of my evolving fitness & health regime.
